CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit of 50% is required to book your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. If we cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we’ll offer a $20 discount and do our best to reschedule within two weeks. Reminders are a courtesy, but it’s your responsibility to remember your appointment time. Thank you for understanding!
